My nose was an extreme case to begin with, and I am the type who swells easily, so the doctor said we need to watch the progress until 6 months The nasal shape and line were operated on in a way I like, so if only more swelling goes down from here, I think I will be much more satisfied
I had columella lowering, nostril asymmetry correction (skin graft), and rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage The area where the costal cartilage was harvested seems to have almost no pain now They said I still should not exercise too hard, so I am taking a break from exercise too The nostril asymmetry was also corrected well, and there used to be a lot of redness around my nose, but as it gradually fades, I can increasingly see the recovery. The pain in the skin-grafted area has also gotten much better I heard the doctor is a master at lowering the columella, and I really think his hand skills are good Overall, I am satisfied I had revision rhinoplasty with Director Jang Hyung-jun at ㅇㅊㅂ, and for people who are suffering with an extreme nose like mine, definitely at least go for a consultation, it will help a lot
