I had revision surgery for a crooked nose, hump nose, and saddle nose! All of my previous nose surgery results were bad, and the nasal tip had collapsed a lot, so I had surgery again using autologous costal cartilage.. They said the inside of my nose was in very poor condition during surgery, so it took much longer than expected, but I think the result came out reasonably well. Since the silicone was removed, my nose became an average height, and after a year it seems like a slight hump is coming back, so I considered putting silicone back in, but for now I’m just living with it~! Still, I’m satisfied because the nasal tip came back up and the saddle nose was also resolved~ The director worked hard on intranasal treatment at every follow-up visit.
