It has been a month and a half since the surgery. There is still a little swelling in the morning, but it goes down once I move around. I can open my mouth and chew comfortably. People around me say the difference is subtle enough that they would not know unless I told them, and one person said my face seems a bit smaller. Sensation in the skin on one side has not fully returned yet, but these days it is coming back with a slight tingling feeling. It is a surgery I am satisfied with!!
