I was scared of nose surgery, so while looking into options, I found out about alar reduction. I thought that with this nose, it would only get better if it improved and wouldn’t become strange, so I had a consultation and scheduled the surgery right away. At first, I was only going to get alar reduction, but on the day itself I also got Hiko done, so the swelling was double. The first and second days hurt a bit, and on the third day I wore a mask and went straight to work. It was fine except for slight pain when smiling! My satisfaction with the surgery is 95%. I really only did my nostril wings, but I heard a lot that my nose looked pretty. But the scar is a bit visible So that’s disappointing
