Then people around me started getting their eyes and noses done one by one, and seeing their faces change made me want to do it so badly too.. So I finally went for nose surgery, and after actually doing it, I also thought, “Oh, this wasn’t such a big deal.” I felt relieved.. Maybe I’m the type who doesn’t swell much more than expected, but I really didn’t swell much, so I think I was walking around fine as soon as the splint came off. And usually after stitches are removed in week 1, everyone’s swelling goes down a lot, but maybe because I didn’t have much swelling to begin with, there wasn’t much difference before or after the stitches were removed. There was just a little around the glabella and nasal bridge! By about one month, even the minor residual swelling had mostly gone down and it settled into place, and since then it’s been maintaining well! I’m doing fine without any bad situations like the nasal tip drooping or contracture developing and making it turn upward
