Everyone says the waiting time is long, but maybe because I went on a weekday, even though I arrived about 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time, there was basically no waiting and everything seemed to happen within 2 minutes. The consultant was really extremely kind, but her energy was high, so I went through it feeling slightly drained haha... The director’s consultation ended in about 5 minutes, and the consultant explained everything else. The explanation was really detailed and thorough. I think we kept talking for about 40 minutes. Before DA, at another clinic I visited while shopping around, they looked at me for 10 minutes and gave me an estimate, but here the director looked at my face and seemed to catch everything in about 1 minute. I’m not sure if that’s good or not. I liked that they only told me what was necessary without pushing anything excessive. The other clinics I had visited were not that great, so I’ll probably do it here.
