I had nose surgery 7 to 8 years ago, and the line itself looks pretty from the side, but when seen from the front, my nasal tip feels blunt? So lately I’ve been looking into revision surgery again, and I’m wondering where would be goodㅠㅠ The midface looks long, but maybe that’s because the starting point of the nasal bridge is high? Or should I remove the silicone? I’m thinking that if I raise the alar base and tie up the nasal tip cartilage, and make it slightly straight rather than a straight-looking line, maybe it would look shorter. Is there anywhere that can really look at all of this well?
