I was concerned that my nose was short and blunt, and they gave me a very thorough consultation tailored to that! I liked that the director reflected my opinions and spoke honestly, and they kept asking if I had any questions, so I was able to ask comfortably before leaving. The clinic also felt more spacious than I expected, and the facilities were clean, which was nice to see.
