Even though it was my first surgery, I thought it would be better to look into things carefully before deciding, so until recently I had consultations at a lot of places, and at 431, the director didn't over-recommend things. They organized and recommended only the areas that really seemed necessary for me, so I felt their expertise and liked that. They didn't just check the feel with cotton swabs, but also directly touched with their hands to check the feel. And although the director was good at looking at the overall impression, they also paid attention to details, so even points where I had to ask first at other places before I could get an answer, here the director tended to explain them first on their own.
