It’s already been 3 months since my alar base reduction and I’m heading into month 4, so I’m posting a review haha (Alar base reduction + improvement of alar drooping + improvement of alar curvature) I had it done by Director Yoon In-mo at the clinic and paid in the mid-to-high 2 million won range. The photos are, in order, before surgery and 3 months after surgery. The incision scars have faded a lot, and I barely have any nasal discomfort now. It was a surgery I had wanted so badly since I was young, so personally my satisfaction was 10,000%. Maybe because he’s definitely a specialist in the alar area, during the consultation he explained the types and methods of surgery in detail, and he pinpointed exactly the parts I thought were drawbacks and helped me understand that operating in this way would improve them, which I liked. The pain during surgery that made tears stream down my face feels so distant now lol, so I’m just satisfied... Maybe because the surgery was natural-looking, even close people around me, including family, couldn’t really tell I had surgery. I’ve only heard things like my face looks a little different, my face looks more refined, or whether I got anterior cheek filler. Even to me, I think it changed naturally. A more glamorous and pretty nose would have been nice too, but if you dislike implants and want a natural-looking nose, I recommend it~!
