It has already been exactly three months since my breast augmentation surgery. At first, I wondered when time would pass and was busy checking the changes every day, but now that I have entered the third month, everything has become noticeably more natural and I have fully adjusted to daily life, so I am leaving a review! 1. Pain and daily life Pain: The stiffness and occasional sharp pain I had during the first month are now almost at zero. I can raise my arms overhead, make large arm movements, and even do light exercise without difficulty. Daily life: As the implants that were positioned along the upper line settle into place, the upper fullness has decreased a lot. Clothes fit much more naturally now, so getting dressed has become more enjoyable! 2. Changes in swelling and texture Swelling: There still seems to be a little residual swelling, but the major swelling has gone down, so the symmetry of both sides and the overall breast line are clearly visible. Texture: The texture I was most worried about has become noticeably softer compared with the second month! This may vary depending on tissue quality and the individual, but when lying down or moving, the implants spread much more naturally without feeling as if they are moving separately. (I think it will improve even more with time.) 3. Scar care I apply scar ointment every day to the incision areas (the inframammary fold/axillary area, etc.). The redness is gradually fading, so I am monitoring the progress while also receiving laser care and managing scar pigmentation. 4. Overall thoughts and what I have felt at three months There were moments early after surgery when I worried a lot about swelling and the upper fullness, but the saying that time is the best medicine really seems true. The line falls beautifully in proportion to my body shape, which has greatly raised my confidence when wearing clothes. Most of all, I am very satisfied that I am recovering well without any major problems!
