Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

Review after three-part contouring, cortical bone shaving, and deep cheek fat removal

I’m leaving this post to organize my progress now that some time has passed since my contouring surgery haha. I agonized a lot before deciding and spent many nights looking up reviews, but time really flies^^; Before, my face looked wider because of my lateral cheekbones, and my jaw was rather angular, so my overall impression looked quite strong. As time passed and I lost weight, the curves of my lateral cheekbones became even more prominent. When I told Dr. Park at [Clinic A] about these concerns, he recommended refining the overall skeletal framework with three-part contouring—cheekbones, square jaw, and chin—then correcting the thickness with osteotomy and cortical bone shaving, and also removing deep cheek fat to reduce the fat volume below the cheeks. At first I felt slightly overwhelmed because there were many procedures, but the doctor carefully explained while looking at my CT why each was needed for my face and how the results would differ if some were omitted. After thinking it over, I decided to trust his skill, and looking at the result now, I feel I made the right choice by following his recommendation haha. When I touch it, the cheekbone line falls smoothly, and it doesn’t stand out at all in photos. Removing the fullness below my cheeks with deep cheek fat removal has definitely made me look younger. I’m extremely satisfied~~
