I had rhinoplasty with L-shaped silicone a long time ago, but the tip gradually started turning upward, possibly due to a complication. I also developed nasal obstruction that I hadn’t had before. I was so stressed, thinking, “I paid for surgery—why is this happening?” I looked into revision rhinoplasty and had revision surgery at [Clinic A] using a customized implant and autologous costal cartilage. I mentioned the worsening nasal obstruction during consultation, and the doctor also corrected my rhinitis during surgery, haha. The upturned tip caused by contracture had been extremely stressful, but the tip now looks stable and I don’t feel any pulling, so I feel like I can finally live again T_T. The overall nasal line has become natural, and people around me say I look prettier, haha. My first surgery was so difficult, but now I feel like I’ve finally got my daily life back. If you’re worried about complications, I think it would be good to visit [Clinic A], where I had surgery.
