Review of drooping nasal tip surgery without implants

My nasal tip had been drooping for a long time, and I was worried about having a parrot nose, a long nose, and a bulbous nose all at once. I first looked into whether surgery without implants was possible because I was concerned about inflammation. I wondered whether it would turn out well because I had both a bulbous and parrot nose, but Director Choi Yeon-su at [Clinic A] reflected my needs well. We decided to use donated rib cartilage to raise the nasal tip and correct the bulbous and parrot nose, and the surgery went well.. The drooping columella and lowered nasal tip were neatly improved without implants. I am only two weeks post-op, so there is still swelling, but I am so happy that the drooping tip, my biggest concern, was corrected well T_T. I think the horizontal and vertical proportions of my nose turned out much prettier too. When I saw the line right after surgery, I could do nothing but admire it.. The side profile is pretty, so once the swelling goes down more, it should become a straight-natural profile, right? Aesthetic standards differ from person to person, but I am very satisfied!!
