I completely ruined my nose by having surgery here… They spoke so confidently… My nostrils had already been reduced once, but they cut away far more than necessary. The curves of my nostrils no longer exist, and the nostril shape is no longer round. The balance of my nose was completely destroyed. There is severe scar tissue at the tip, the columella is extremely thick, and the scar from the philtrum reduction is very severe. I absolutely do not recommend having nose surgery and philtrum reduction together, and unless a 500-won coin can fit into your nostril, I recommend not having alar reduction at all.
