The doctors are all women, and they arrange the route so the patient and doctor do not face each other. The patient enters first, closes the curtain, and lies down; then the doctor enters, and when it is over, the doctor either leaves first or faces away The pain was not as bad as expected. It did not feel especially meticulous, but I would be willing to have it done again.
