Hello! It’s already been 7 months since I had surgery at First Button haha My nose is getting prettier and prettier, so I’m posting a review! The reason I decided to have surgery was because my flat-looking face was a real complex for me. I like glamorous makeup too, but I really hated how my small, low nose always seemed to take away from it(?), and I also wanted to fix my chronic rhinitis, so I mainly went around consulting at hospitals that could do both functional and cosmetic surgery! The director at First Button, who explained things in a way I could understand and even explained in detail how the surgery would be done, stayed in my memory the most, so I had surgery there haha My forehead was flat and I also had a bit of a retruded chin, so I went ahead and got fat grafting together too hahaha My nose was small and low, but also a bulbous nose;; and my skin was on the thin sideㅠㅠ The director knew I wanted a glamorous nose and said he would proceed in a way that created as much volume as possible. He also explained in detail why my rhinitis happened and how correcting the nasal septum could improve my discomfort. The director was seriously so nice! I recovered pretty quickly, so I didn’t have much swelling, and I barely had any bruising, so I went to work right away. As for the splint... I had a mask, so ^^ hahaha While wearing the splint, it got grubby and oily, so I had it removed on day 5.. hahaha I had been living satisfied with a face that had a decent amount of volume, and at 4 months I thought all the swelling had already gone down, but at some point my nose started looking slimmer. Now it’s been 7 months since surgery, and it somehow feels even higher haha Everyone asks if I lost weight, so I feel good haha I should be taking off my mask and showing it off..ㅠㅠ what a shame. The bridge was done with silicone, the tip used septal cartilage, and the bulbous nose correction was about 3 million won. When I saw my friends after nose surgery, they had something wrapped around their ears too, but I didn’t have that, so I think that was nice haha The rhinitis surgery was processed through indemnity insurance for 1.5 million won. The fat grafting for my forehead and chin was 1 million won!
