Using a PPT, the director explained in a lot of detail how the surgery would be done, what surgical materials would be placed in which areas, and so on. While looking at my nasal CT images, they said my septal cartilage was smaller than other people’s and that donated costal cartilage would definitely be needed. But they didn’t ask what kind of nose shape I wanted or what I was hoping for; it felt like they just looked at my nose and proceeded with a predetermined surgical plan, so that was a bit... Looking at reviews, people say the director is rather stiff, so it seemed like opinions are divided, but personally I liked them. Cotton is removed the next day, and the splint is removed at one week. There is no aftercare. Revision/AS possible for 1 year
