I had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage from the director, and now a lot of the swelling and bruising has gone down, so it has settled to some extent. Unlike how much I had been worrying and fretting in the meantime, I’m happy because I think the surgery turned out well. Especially before the revision, my nasal bridge was too high, so my nostrils looked a bit large, but even though I didn’t explain it separately, Director Lee checked the overall issues and neatly corrected the columella shape. Thanks to that, I really like it from every angle.
