For the nasal tip, they recommended using donated costal cartilage, and they explained in detail why donated costal cartilage would be good. They said I have some bulbous nose features and a thin nasal septum, so rather than touching the septal cartilage, considering that this is my first surgery + that donated costal cartilage would be good for bulbous nose correction. They seemed to have extensive experience with noses.
They went through one by one how the surgery would proceed, the surgery duration, and the correction methods, so it was one of the hospitals where I liked the consultation.
