First of all, there was only one person in the clinic, and there wasn't anyone who could really be called a consultation manager! I took photos and then consulted with the director right away. He suggested using autologous dermis with ear cartilage, and he also showed before-and-after photos, which looked natural and pretty. He said that if autologous dermis was used, the leftover material would be inserted into the forehead or under the eyes as a free service.
