After visiting 7 plastic surgery clinics for consultations, there was a decision-making hurdle between the final 2 places, but thanks to the consultant’s humane and honest advice, I decided to have surgery at ㄸㅋ.
During the consultation, Director ㄱㅎㅅ recommended double eyelid surgery + forehead lift, but I decided on incisional double eyelid surgery and lower eyelid fat repositioning. (Since I’m a scaredy-cat who has never had plastic surgery before, honestly, a forehead lift was frightening.)
On the day of surgery, I had double eyelid surgery with Director ㄱㅎㅅ / lower eyelid fat repositioning with Director ㅇㅎㅈ.
Director ㄱㅎㅅ looked at the double eyelid design extremely meticulously, and he repeatedly erased and redesigned it until I liked it, so I could really feel how much care he put into finding the line that suited my face best. Honestly, I think having double eyelid surgery with Director ㄱㅎㅅ was a brilliant choice. Because there is a structural difference between my left and right eyes, he made the double eyelid lines different by 5 mm each, so for the first month after surgery I thought they looked asymmetric, but now they seem to be gradually settling into place.
After surgery, even though it was incisional double eyelid surgery, the swelling wasn’t severe, but the surgery date overlapped with my period, so I think I bruised more. (Everyone scheduled for surgery, if possible, avoid having surgery on the day of your period.)
These days, every acquaintance I meet says the surgery went well and asks which hospital it was, so I’ve been recommending it a lot to people around me. Especially after lower eyelid fat repositioning, I never hear that I look tired anymore, and instead I often hear that I look younger. I strongly recommend Director ㅇㅎㅈ for lower eyelid fat repositioning!
