Before<surgery before>After<surgery after><Now>Right now, the swelling on my nasal bridge must be inflammation or a foreign-body reaction, right?ㅠㅜ 3 months ago, I had my nasal tip raised using septal cartilage, and 2-3 mm silicone was placed in the nasal bridge. If I remove the silicone, will the bridge become much lower and make the nasal tip look too unnaturally high?ㅠㅠ Would it be better to remove even the septal cartilage, or do you think removing only the silicone would be better?ㅜ?
