It’s a large hospital, and for an early consultation I was the only one there, but there was still a wait. It was kind of long.. The desk information staff were a bit, like, sneering, and I felt like they were looking down on people. The consultant was kind, but I didn’t feel professionalism. The doctor was kind, but maybe because it was an initial consultation, I asked this and that while I didn’t know much, but I didn’t feel especially convinced or trusting. Still, the hospital was clean and nice. It’s not a problem with the doctors; the desk staff need to be changed first
