When you go to these large factory-style dermatology clinics, the doctors are usually soulless and have dead-looking eyes, but this place was different. It was a female doctor, and she explained things in detail and told me not to get procedures I didn't really need! The desk staff told me to do this and that, but the doctor didn't push anything.
