I didn't want an excessively high nose, and they brought the nasal tip down in a naturally defined way and performed the surgery well so that it harmonized with my existing facial features. I think the director reflected the look I wanted well. My biggest complex was the nasal tip, and they shaped the columella nicely, making it rounded and elongated.
