This is a consultation format where you first meet with the manager and then the director.
Unlike other hospitals, I liked the way they took photos first and then did the consultation with my eyes opened. But the director had very strong views about the surgical direction and aesthetic standards(?), so although I wanted revision surgery to change my impression and cover the medial canthus, they did not strongly recommend it. Still, they showed professional, real reviews, and it was a good consultation.
The manager also spent a long time consulting with me, explained the surgical risks first, and guided me through the parts I would have to accept, which gave me trust. They were kind, so I was grateful.
