The director explains details well, but has a bit of a stubborn streak and isn't very friendly. The manager is still kind and tends to give careful consultations. I feel like they were being reasonably honest. The clinic facilities are very old and a bit rough......... But for me, the inner corner revision didn't seem to improve much, and they said it would only cover the scar, so I think it would be a little hard to go through with it based on that alone
