For the first consultation, I went because I wanted to know the cost, and for the second consultation, I went to set a surgery date. It was the same consultant both times. During the first consultation, the director spoke very directly within 5 minutes about what had to be done and what could not be done. For the second consultation, there weren’t many waiting patients, and maybe because I had said during the first consultation that I wanted to have surgery here later, I got a more thorough consultation for about 10 minutes. I was surprised because the consultant and the director said similar things about my nose. There was absolutely no change after my first surgery, so I was looking around, and The Nan really drew me in, so I made a reservation for two months later and came back.
Conclusion: The consultant is almost as knowledgeable as the director. The director does virtual plastic surgery for you and firmly tells you what is possible and what is not. At my first surgery place, they didn’t even touch my nose and the consultation was over in 1 minute, but at The Nan, the director touched each part of my nose while explaining answers to the questions I had. I recommend The Nan.
