My skin itself is thick, and I have a large bulbous nose, so surgery is difficult too, and I’ve been getting nose-sculpting injections from time to time. After getting them, it’s not something you can clearly see with your eyes, but when I touch it with my hand, it feels like the skin has become thinner and softer. So it’s not a dramatic change that I can recognize in the mirror, but I get them with the feeling that my nose has become just a little thinner.
For sculpting injections, if someone has thick skin and doesn’t really have another option, it seems okay to keep doing them steadily with spare money, without getting greedy.
However, since it’s a factory-style clinic, the doctor is different each time I get them, so the injection sites are subtly different every time, and the results also feel a little different? If you’re sensitive, I think it would be better to go somewhere where a single representative director carefully does a thorough job and gives you a perfect design. For someone like me, who just wants to reduce it even a little overall and gets them periodically like skin care, it seems like a procedure that’s okay to get at a factory-style clinic.
