Before and after Usually, when taking photos or just going about daily life, one of my eyes looked sleepy, so I personally never felt that my eyes looked clear and wide-open. And personally, rather than monolids, I wanted to have even a slight double eyelid.

While searching online about male eye surgery, I came across a post on a cafe. Both the consultant and Director Kim Do-hoon were really kind, gave a great consultation, and understood exactly what I wanted, which I really liked. That made me trust them, so I decided to have surgery at TOBE Plastic Surgery.

For the surgery, I had incisional ptosis correction together with fat grafting above the eyes.

On the first day of surgery, honestly, the day before the surgery I was very worried about whether it would turn out the way I had imagined. But on the day of surgery, before the operation, I had another consultation with the director and the consultant, which helped me relax a lot before going into surgery. After the surgery, they explained the precautions well again, and the director also cared for me in a way that eased my worries about the result.

Right after surgery, there was a lot of swelling, but personally I felt my eyes looked clearer, and I really liked it.

And today marks one week, so I went to the hospital and had the stitches removed. I tend not to swell much, so the swelling has gone down a lot compared to the beginning, and I feel like my eyes are gradually stabilizing. It definitely feels easier to open my eyes than before, and I think my eyes look clearer. I still need to apply ointment, and I feel like I need a little more time for the swelling to go down and for things to stabilize, so I’ll have to keep watching the progress. I’m satisfied :)
