They said I had a deviated septum, so I searched online and visited hospitals that do functional rhinoplasty, and finally chose a hospital with difficulty. I think I did everything except osteotomy, including primary rhinoplasty, functional rhinoplasty, hump nose, deviated nose, bulbous nose, long nose, etc. I wanted a natural straight-to-slightly-curved line rather than something too flashy, and I worried a lot, but I’m so relieved because the surgery seems to have gone so well that I feel like I worried for nothing hehe
