When you're lying down after anesthesia, the director briefly comes in, quickly gives the injection, and leaves. It felt a bit like a factory-style clinic, so that was kind of off-putting, but I liked the result, so I got it once and then had the procedure again. But as Botox usually does, the effect disappears after 3 months, so I'm not getting it anymore. I think it's worth trying at least once.
