I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes past my reserved time before I could have the consultation with the director For things that would not be effective for me, he firmly and clearly told me they would have no effect, and for the areas I was concerned about, he told me which procedures seemed likely to be effective. He also explained why the ineffective ones would not work. The staff at the counter were all kind even though they were busy.
