This is my 2-month review after lifting
● Procedure (surgery) name: minimal-incision SMAS volume lift + buccal fat removal + facial liposuction followed by fat grafting
● Reason I had surgery As I reached my late 40s, the hollowing of my cheeks became deeper in a diagonal line below the side cheekbone area, and with midface sagging my facial contour collapsed, so it was really upsetting that my face even looked peanut-shaped. And more than anything, I had a lot of fat under the jawline, so not only did my jawline look blunt, but even my buccal fat looked saggy, making my lower face look very heavy. When I took photos, I finally had to admit that my face had changed. Then I learned about mini lifting, and being a total planner, after visiting hospitals for consultations on every kind of lifting (facelift, mini facelift, minimal-incision mini facelift, thread lift), I became convinced at a clinic and decided to have surgery.
● Current surgical progress and satisfaction Now that 2 months have passed, there is still a little swelling in the area below the scalp incision where the tissue was lifted upward, and the scar at the incision site is fading from brown. There is a little hair loss, but the hair is growing back, and because it is inside the hair, it is not very visible, so I am highly satisfied with the surgery. Since the incision is only on the scalp, lifting all the way to the lower face has some limitations, but that area also improved considerably with liposuction, so I am more satisfied than I would be with a wide incision and very visible scars. And more than anything, the buccal fat has decreased considerably, and I can visibly see that the cheek hollowing has become much lighter, so I feel the lifting effect.
● Wrapping up my 2-month review From 1 month after surgery, my facial contour became prettier and the lifting was clearly visible. People around me also often tell me I look prettier, and I feel that way too. I especially like that my face has become much smaller^^ I praise myself for deciding to have surgery at this clinic.
