I didn't like that both my eyes and nose looked plain, so I went to a few hospitals to get glamorous plastic surgery.
1. Yelㄹㅇ Director Lee ㄷㅅ -CT cost 10,000 won -Took photos, saw the consultant, then consultation with the director -I wasn't at the hospital that long, about an hour and a half? -After trying the eye line several times, he said I would probably need incision because of the fat on my upper eyelids. Recommended in-out. For semi-out, the line would get too high and likely look excessive. -When I said I wanted my nose to look glamorous, he recommended using septal cartilage + ear cartilage, 4 mm silicone. Straight-to-slightly-curved profile. Shave the slight hump and correct the bulbous nose. -Unlimited swelling injections and laser. If scar tissue forms, scar-tissue injection. Hot/cold pack.
2. Banㄴㄴ Director Choi ㅇㅊ -Consultation/CT cost X -Took photos, consultation with consultant, then consultation with director -I was at the hospital for about 1 hour -He looked at the eye line and canthoplasty too, and said it seemed possible even without incision. Recommended buried sutures. Here too, in-out was recommended. Because of the epicanthal fold and the existing line, it can't just be raised high. -For the nose, there seems to be enough septal cartilage, so septal cartilage alone may be usable, but I was informed that if it is not firm when they enter the operating room, donated rib cartilage may be added. Silicone 3-4 mm. Straight-to-slightly-curved profile. Columella correction and nasolabial angle correction. -Swelling injection, swelling laser, scar-tissue injection, sebum care, self-care kit (to use after going home..!)
3. Gloㄹㅂ Director No ㅂㅇ -No consultation fee -The wait was a bit long; there were many people. Still, the consultant took good care of me, so it was fine. -Because my eyelids had sagged from using double-eyelid glue for a long time, he said it would be better to do incision for the eyes. When I said I wanted non-incision, he said incision would be better. Recommended anterior, posterior, and lower canthoplasty. -For the nose, he recommended a customized implant. Recommended either mixing septal cartilage + donated rib cartilage, or using donated rib cartilage alone. Maybe because I said I wanted it glamorous? He said I need alar reduction. -For the eyes, stem-cell treatment after surgery. They said they prescribe medication separately. Interestingly, they said they provide scalp care. Probably because you can't wash your hair. They also give a separate care kit here.
I still haven't decided whether to visit more places, but I think I need to think more because of non-incision vs incision. If I can do non-incision, I want to do non-incision, but there are already two places saying I need incision.. If you have any advice, I'd appreciate it!
