I had Myzome, which is said to be autologous exosomes, and 600 shots of Thermage done under sedation. Myzome is done after autologous blood collection, so I went two days before the procedure for a blood draw. Myzome seems to mean My Exosome. On the day of the procedure, they said they would do PicoSure first for Myzome penetration, then do Myzome. They said Thermage would be performed by another doctor.
After the procedure, I had some bruising here and there on my face. (I’m originally the type who bruises easily.) I did Myzome to maximize the effect of Thermage.. Looking at my deep cheek fat, which is always a concern, the Thermage effect seems pretty good. Other than that, I don’t really feel the Myzome effect that supposedly makes the skin better for some reason.
