Before/after I'm happy my rhinoplasty at a late age was successful, so I'm posting a review.
I had lived with rhinitis for a long time, and my witch-like hump nose was always a concern. Since I'm on the older side, when choosing a hospital I focused most on <safety and expertise>, and I went to consultations at several hospitals. After going to consultations at 5 places, I ended up having surgery at GNG Hospital.

In my case, the nasal bridge was done without an implant (autologous costal cartilage), and autologous costal cartilage was used for the nasal tip. I also had surgery for sinusitis + deviated nasal septum at the same time~
