For my first surgery, I had hump nose shaving, a non-implant nasal tip procedure using septal cartilage~ After 7 years, the bridge of my nose started to look broad and flat, so this time I had revision surgery on the nasal bridge with MegaDerm.
I wanted to make it a straight-to-slightly-curved line with silicone, but they said that to get that shape, the nasal tip would need to be raised, and that it would be difficult to raise my nose a lot~ My skin is thin, and I wanted a natural-looking nose, so they recommended MegaDerm, and I had the nasal bridge done with MegaDerm.
They said it gets absorbed, so they put it in a bit high~ And they said that once it absorbs, it would become slightly straight-to-curved, so I think I’ll have to wait and see.
