I went because I heard they were good at revision surgery, but first of all, the waiting room was extremely crowded and chaotic. The wait got so long that even patients asking when their turn would come made the whole place feel hectic. The consultant rejected every request I mentioned, saying none of it could be done. She's not a doctor, so I don't understand why she was making those judgments herself. The director's consultation ended the fastest. He held the line a few times, said it would look pretty if we proceeded like this, and that was it... He didn't ask at all about what kind of style I wanted, looked very visibly tired, and then the consultation just ended.
