They showed me photos of revision rhinoplasty cases, and everyone had turned out naturally and pretty. Both the consultant and the surgeon are really kind. Since I was researching online, I had wanted to do it here, and I came in for a consultation but after thinking it over for a while, they said my ear cartilage is too weak and the amount of septal cartilage is small, so I would need to use costal cartilage. So I'm putting it on hold for now I do think they recommended costal cartilage for safety, which makes me even more torn and disappointed
