Breast surgery from 5 years ago

One side was Allergan, and the other side was Mentor Smooth, done through inframammary fold incisions. The sizes were different on each side too. As for things like feel and so on, I’d have to compare with other people to know, so I’m not sure how to evaluate it. For now, I don’t have any serious side effects like capsular contracture or anything, but the implant has dropped about 1 inch below the inframammary fold. Especially on the right side... I think there may be bottoming out. The scars are still red, and the incision line is raised and protruding. The director and nurses were very kind, but I wonder if it’s because I didn’t really go properly for laser treatment or aftercare... I don’t know whether this is a management issue or what, so I’m just leaving it as is. If I have one complaint, when I see people who had surgery, their breasts come together and create cleavage just by wearing underwear, but for me, they only come together if I push them together with both hands, and with underwear alone the middle is wide open like a highway. I thought maybe it was because I have a slightly protruding chest, but that doesn’t seem to be it. Some other people, even with a protruding chest, still have their breasts come together naturally when wearing underwear... Mine absolutely don’t come together.... Could it be that the inner dissection wasn’t done enough, or is there another reason?
