They said doing only the nasal tip would have no effect, so I was worried I might be wasting money, but I am very satisfied with the result. I think it was even more effective because my cartilage was large and spread out. The spread-out cartilage was gathered together and became slimmer, so my nose shape became prettier. I have a hump, but the nasal tip was raised slightly too, so it improved a bit.
