This was pretty bad. It was the first hospital I visited for a consultation, and the doctor was kind when explaining the medical/technical aspects, but the aesthetic explanation beyond that was far too lacking. It was fine that they recommended a certain procedure, but there was absolutely no explanation of how my impression would change if I did it, what kind of change would happen to my eye shape, or roughly what kind of face it would create.
