I had surgery with natural adhesion about 2 to 3 years ago. Unlike other clinics, they said it was not true ptosis and that I did not need ptosis correction or other medial/lateral canthoplasty procedures. They designed it for me, saying my eyes suited an in-out line rather than an inline like other clinics suggested. It took a long time for the swelling to go down and for me to recover, but I was satisfied with the result.
