After <when eyes are open> After <when eyes are closed> After <when wearing light makeup> I wrote a review before on days 1-2 after my double eyelid surgery, and since there were a lot of comments asking how it is now, I’m going to write a review at two and a half months! I was going to write it once all the swelling had completely gone down, but it seems like it’s not going down anymore~~~~~
During the consultation, I said I wanted it to look as natural as possible and didn’t want my image to change because of my eyes! Honestly, I wanted a semi-out line, but the front part of my eyelids was quite droopy, so they said I’d need an upper canthoplasty if I wanted an outfold, so I just said I’d follow whatever line came out naturally haha But in the end, I think it was good that I didn’t do upper canthoplasty If I had done upper canthoplasty, my eyes probably would have looked a bit more open and bigger, but then they might have become rounder and the distance between my eyes might have looked closer, so I think it was good that I didn’t do it!!
It’s a little disappointing that both sides aren’t perfectly symmetrical, but maybe that actually makes it look more natural~~~ From the consultation, they told me to keep in mind that they couldn’t be perfectly identical and that they would try to match them as much as possible!
Some people around me say my eyes looked better before the double eyelid surgery, and some people say they told me to get ptosis correction and ask why I didn’t listen, but what am I supposed to do about it when it’s already done~~~~~?! If they don’t like it, they could just stay quiet, but there are always people who have to say something lolol I’ll curse them
