Surgery review for a really small, low nose

As you can tell from the before-and-after photos, my nose was really tiny. It was so small that what others would call a low nose didn’t even look low to me... I could practically rub the area between my eyebrows together. Last year, while visiting clinics, there was even one hospital that wouldn’t give me a quote at all I consulted about 8 to 9 places, focusing only on clinics that are well-known and often mentioned in this community, and most of them said that because my nose itself was originally too small, it would be hard to see a dramatic change. The silicone limit was 3.5 mm The cost was also too high, and even if I had it done I still couldn’t get away from having a small nose, so I was scared of complications and gave up on the idea, but I kept thinking about it all year. So I decided that rather than just regret it, I’d do it and regret it later if needed, and this month I just went ahead and booked it. It took less than 10 days from deciding to having the surgery.. I’m on day 6 after surgery now. Only ear cartilage and silicone (3.2 mm) were used, and since I was at it, I also had fat grafting and repositioning under the eyes done together. The stitches haven’t been removed yet and I’m still wearing the splint, so I don’t know the exact shape yet, but I like it in my own way because I finally have a bridge My midface looked sunken, which was a big worry and source of stress for me, and this improved a lot. I was so scared of complications that for the first time in my life I carefully took medicine three times a day without missing a dose..
