It’s a nose that had silicone + septal cartilage harvest + osteotomy without a hump (including revision surgeries, I’ve had a total of 4 surgeries). Are there many cases where an inverted V deformity occurs?? Mine is like that, but when I looked it up, almost all of them were people who had hump nose rhinoplasty
