I had high expectations because the hospital is big, but it was worse than I thought. On the day, the consultant connected me with a different director. The director did not notice the issues with my nose first. When I mentioned them first, the director looked back and forth between my face and the photos and said something like, 'Oh, this part is like that too' The staff on the CT scan floor were generally all hectic and not great.
