When I wanted a semi-out line, I went for a consultation and was recommended an upper epicanthoplasty. They said that for incisional vs. non-incisional double eyelid surgery, it would be good to do the incisional method later when the skin has sagged a lot, and that if I wanted a bigger line, it would be incisional, but since my eyelids weren’t very thick, they told me to do the non-incisional method. They did not recommend ptosis correction because they said it would make the line look strange.
